Docshark signatures are legally binding e-signatures with a complete record: who signed, when, on which document. Sealed so it cannot be altered.
The pieces

Envelope statuses
- Draft. Being composed; nothing has gone out.
- Active. Sent; recipients can act on it.
- Completed. Everyone signed; the document is sealed.
- Voided. Cancelled by you; the record stays but signing stops.
Expired envelopes are a state on top of Active. The envelope's date passed; recipients see an expired notice until you extend it.
The flow
Compose
Pick the document (from your library or a fresh upload. Word and Excel convert to PDF automatically), name the envelope, and add recipients with their roles and routing order.
Place fields
The field builder puts each recipient's fields on the pages. Drag them, or let Mako suggest placements with confidence chips, or use saved anchor tags.
Send and watch
Send. The envelope detail shows each recipient's state, sent, delivered, viewed, signed, and you can nudge with reminders.
Sealed
When the last signer finishes, the document is sealed. A tamper-evident PDF with the audit trail and certificate attached. Anyone can check it at the verification page.
