Room Analytics
Who entered, what they opened, how long they stayed. Per visitor, per file, per group.
Each room has its own analytics. The Dashboard tab shows the pulse, and the detail lives behind every visitor and file.
What the room records

| Downloads | Every file actually taken. Where download was allowed. |
Per-visitor view
Each visitor record shows their story: sessions, files opened in order, dwell, questions asked, and their verified/claimed flag. For a diligence room this is the bidder-engagement read. "Bidder A has read every financial file twice; Bidder B opened the deck once."
Per-file view
Flip the lens: each file shows who opened it, how long they stayed, and per-page attention. The same page-level analytics that share links record, scoped to the room.
Per-group view
Groups aggregate their members. Compare bidder engagement side by side without stitching sessions together.
Exporting the trail
The room's activity exports as part of its audit trail. Entries, views, acceptances, questions. Follows the same privacy rules as everything else: hashed IPs, country-level regions, plan-gated retention.
