The Workspace
Your Docshark workspace. The library, scopes, uploads, and everything under settings.
The workspace is the private side of Docshark. Everything under your organization's /{org}/docshark URL. Your viewers and signers never see it; they only ever meet the public surfaces (links, rooms, signing) you publish.
The library
The Library is where documents live:
- My library. Personal scope: files only you see until you share them.
- Team library. Org scope: files shared with everyone in the workspace.
- Templates. Reusable signing blueprints, alongside documents.
- From requests. Files that arrived through file requests.
Uploads accept PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and images. See uploading for the mechanics.
Settings surfaces
Under workspace settings:
- Branding. Logo, colors, custom domain for your links and gates (plan-gated).
- Connectors and webhooks. Event delivery into your own systems, plus integrations like Google Drive.
- Transfer ownership. Handing the workspace's Docshark ownership to another member.
Seats
Members count against your plan's seat limit. 1 / 3 / 10 / 50 on Hobby / Starter / Team / Business. See plans.
