Branding and Custom Domains

Your logo, colors, and domain on every surface visitors touch. Plan-gated branding controls.

Every public surface, share links, room gates, signing screens, forms, can carry your brand instead of Docshark's. Branding settings live under workspace settings and are plan-gated.

What you can set

  • Remove Docshark branding. The "Powered by Docshark" mark disappears from your public surfaces. Available Starter and up.
  • Logo. Your mark on gates, viewers, and emails.
  • Colors. Accent and surface colors so the reading room feels like yours.
  • Custom domain. Serve links and gates from your own domain (e.g. docs.yourcompany.com). Team and Business.

Where branding shows

  • Link gates. NDA screens, password prompts, verification pages.
  • The reader. Document viewer chrome, watermark context, Q&A.
  • Data rooms. Entry screens and the room itself.
  • Emails. Signing requests and invitations carry your brand.
  • Forms and Power Forms. Respondent-facing pages.

Custom domain setup

  1. Add your domain in settings. Docshark gives you the DNS records to create.
  2. Create the records at your DNS provider and verify.
  3. Links then serve from your domain. Existing Docshark links keep working; new shares use the custom host.

Verification can take a little while to propagate. The settings screen shows the check status until it resolves.

Branding vs the record

Branding changes the presentation. Never the record. Audit trails, certificates, and verification name Docshark regardless of skin; the seal is the product's, the storefront is yours.
