Forms and Requests
Web forms that sign themselves, Power Forms anyone can complete, and file requests that pull documents in.
Beyond sending documents out, Docshark pulls work in. Forms that collect signatures from anyone, and requests that collect files.
The three tools

When to use which
- "People should sign this on their own". A waiver, a policy acknowledgement, a standard agreement: Power Form. One link, unlimited self-service signings, each one a real envelope with its own audit trail.
- "I need information, maybe a signature". Intake questionnaires, onboarding details, registrations: web form.
- "Send me your documents". ID, proof of address, supporting files: file request. The uploader gets a secure page; the files land in your library.
Common traits
- No account needed. Like signing, respondents never register.
- Audited. Submissions and uploads are events in the same trail as signatures.
- Plan-gated. File requests live on Team and Business (100 and 500 per plan); forms follow the send limits on your plan.
