Starter Templates

The built-in template library, NDAs, offer letters, agreements, ready to send or adapt.

Docshark ships a library of starter templates. Real documents built for common jobs, with fields and roles already placed. Use them as-is, or clone one into your own template.

What's in the library

The starters cover the recurring agreements most teams send:

  • Non-disclosure agreements. Mutual and one-way NDAs, ready for the room gate or direct signing.
  • Offer letters. Employment offers with compensation and start-date fields.
  • Service agreements. Client work terms with scope and payment fields.
  • Sales and order forms. Commercial paperwork with placeholders for per-deal data.
  • Consent and release forms. Signed acknowledgements for HR, events, and vendors.

Using a starter

  1. Open the starter and preview it. The document text, the role structure, the field layout.
  2. Use this template clones it into your templates. It becomes yours to edit.
  3. Adjust wording, roles, fields, and placeholders to match your practice.
  4. Send it. Or wire it into bulk send, a Power Form, or an agreement action.

Why starters beat blank pages

  • The legal structure is already there. Signature blocks, date lines, and party clauses in the right places.
  • Fields are pre-placed. The signature/date/name boxes sit where the document expects them.
  • Roles are named sanely. Bulk-send column mapping works out of the box.

Starters are starting points, not legal advice. Have your counsel review the wording before you bet a deal on it, same as any template.
