Agreement Lifecycle
The Agreements Inbox
One queue for everything that needs you. Unsigned envelopes, room questions, pending approvals.
Docshark → Inbox is the operational heart of the workspace. A triage queue for every agreement artifact waiting on a human.
What lands in the inbox
- Envelopes needing you. Drafts unfinished, envelopes where your signature or approval is the blocker.
- Room questions. Every unanswered Q&A item across all your data rooms.
- Approvals awaiting you. Internal approval steps where the chain is held on your decision.
- Declines and change requests. Signers who pushed back, flagged so nothing sits unanswered.
- Obligation alerts. Deadlines approaching on tracked obligations.
Working the queue
Each item opens straight into context. The envelope's pipeline, the question with its pinned mark, the approval with the document attached. The inbox is a routing layer: act in place, or jump to the full record.
- Filter and sort. By type, age, and urgency; the queue defaults to what needs you first.
- Assign. Hand items to teammates; ownership shows on the item.
- Clear. Answering, approving, or acting removes items from your queue; the underlying records stay where they live.
The dashboard connection
The Home needs-you panel is the inbox's summary. The counts behind it are the same items, one click deeper. A healthy workspace has an empty inbox; a neglected one has a growing queue of unsigned envelopes and unanswered questions.
